OUR APPROACH

MOVEMENT

Intentional movement can help to significantly reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress while promoting feelings of well-being and happiness. When we move, it causes our brain to release endorphins, which are the body's natural mood boosters. Movement also helps to reduce inflammation in the brain and supports the growth of new brain cells, which have been linked to improved memory and cognitive function. Additionally, engaging in intention movement can help release trapped energy in our cells and allow us to let go of pent up or blocked channels.

BREATH

Breath work is a powerful tool that can be used to release trauma. Trauma can often be stored in the body, causing tension, anxiety, and other physical and mental symptoms. By focusing on deep breathing and practicing various breath work techniques, individuals can release tension and emotional blockages that may be holding onto trauma. By incorporating breath work into their daily routine, individuals can take an important step towards healing from trauma and achieving greater mental and physical well-being.

RESILLIENCE TRAINING

Resilience training is about developing strong coping mechanisms to deal with stressors and challenges. Exposure training involves gradually exposing oneself to anxiety-inducing situations to build up tolerance and overcome fears. Together, these types of training can help individuals build their resilience, increase their ability to handle difficult situations, and reduce anxiety and stress. By developing a greater capacity to cope with adversity, people are better equipped to navigate life's challenges and maintain good mental health.

CONNECTION

Establishing and maintaining connections with both others and oneself is crucial for maintaining good mental health. Humans are social creatures and thrive on the emotional support and validation that comes from positive relationships with others. It allows individuals to identify and regulate their own emotions, reduce stress, and establish a sense of personal fulfillment. Overall, strong connections with others and oneself promote positive mental health and can lead to a happier and more fulfilled life.
